These General Terms and Conditions govern the rental of locker services provided by Perfect Lockers, SL, as well as the terms of use for their lockers. They establish the contractual relationship between Perfect Lockers, SL, and Users who rent lockers.

2. The Service
Perfect Lockers offers Users the option to rent lockers for periods measured in calendar days.

3. Types of Lockers

• Medium (M): 28 cm (11.4 in) high × 41 cm (16.1 in) wide × 56 cm (22.4 in) deep

• Large (L): 50 cm (22 in) high × 41 cm (16.1 in) wide × 56 cm (22.4 in) deep

• Extra-Large (XL): 82 cm (33.5 in) high × 41 cm (16.1 in) wide × 56 cm (22.4 in) deep

4. Usage Guidelines
Users may store luggage within the specified size limits and in compliance with the conditions outlined in the “Limits on Use of Lockers” section.

5. Availability
Users can check locker availability for specific dates at https://perfectlockers.eu.

6. Rental Period

• Minimum rental period: 1 day

• Maximum rental period: 365 calendar days

7. Access Times
Lockers are accessible 24/7, every day of the year.

8. Multiple Access
Users may access their lockers multiple times within the rental period.

9. Pricing
Locker rental prices are displayed on the website during the booking process and include VAT. Discounts may be available as advertised.

10. Reservation Process
Reservations can be made online at www.perfectlockers.eu. Users must provide personal details, select locker size, quantity, and rental duration. Upon completing the booking, Users receive a confirmation email containing locker details and access codes.

11. Issue Resolution
For issues such as locker faults or obstructions, Users may contact customer support at info@perfectlockers.eu.

12. Modifications and Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start date.

• Reservations with promotional discounts may be non-refundable.

13. Access and Reservation Requirements
To rent a locker, Users must:

• Be at least 16 years old.

• Accurately complete the reservation form, including name, phone number, email, reservation dates, locker size, and payment details.

• Accept the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

14. Personal Data Protection

• Data Controller: Perfect Lockers, SL

• Purpose: Managing inquiries and commercial communication via email.

• Legal Basis: User request for information.

• Recipients: No third-party data sharing except where legally required.

• User Rights: Access, rectification, opposition, limitation, and cancellation of data.

15. Data Usage and Security
User data is processed for reservation management and contractual obligations. Video surveillance is in place for security purposes. Notices comply with data protection regulations.

16. Data Retention

• Personal data is retained as needed for service provision and legal compliance.

• Marketing-related data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

17. User Responsibilities & Restrictions
Users must:

• Use lockers solely for storing personal belongings temporarily.

• Ensure lockers are properly closed after each use.

• Not store prohibited items, including:

  • Stolen goods, drugs, pornography

  • Weapons, flammable substances

  • Living beings or perishable food (except well-sealed packaged food)

• Keep access codes confidential.

• Use the premises only for necessary locker access.

• Leave lockers in their original condition and report any issues.

• Avoid storing money, jewelry, high-value goods, or electronic devices.

18. Collection Obligations
Users must collect belongings before the rental period expires. Failure to do so may result in penalties or removal of items by Perfect Lockers.

19. Consequences of Non-Compliance

• Overdue Clearance:

  • Perfect Lockers may access and remove items.

  • Items may be stored temporarily, with costs charged to the User.

  • If unclaimed within 15 days, belongings are deemed abandoned and may be disposed of.

  • A daily overdue charge and a €150 penalty apply.

• Improper Use of Lockers:

  • Prohibited items will be removed, and legal authorities may be notified.

  • A €150 penalty applies, plus any damage costs.

• Locker Damage:

  • Users are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

  • Replacement cost: €1,000.

  • Additional daily penalties apply for unusable lockers.

• Penalty Payments:

  • Penalties are charged to the payment method used for the reservation.

20. Perfect Lockers’ Responsibilities
Perfect Lockers, SL commits to:

• Providing locker rental services as contracted.

• Resolving incidents promptly.

21. Liability Limitations
Perfect Lockers, SL provides locker rental but does not assume responsibility for the security of stored items. Insurance covers theft up to €1,000 per locker, subject to conditions.

22. Complaints

• Users may submit complaints to info@perfectlockers.eu.

• If dissatisfied, complaints may be escalated to consumer authorities via info@perfectlockers.eu.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction.
